These Terms of Use, here in after referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or Terms" or "Agreement," along with any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website, hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Website" or "We or "us," as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you, hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User" or "Your" or "Buyer" or "Customer"

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  • All goods purchased from AVERFOCUS come with one year parts replacement warranty; some model may have longer warranty up to 3 years.
  • All returning freight and insurance cost will be borne by the customer.
  • D.O.A (Dead on arrival) items MUST return to AVERFOCUS within 7 working days upon purchase.
  • Shipping charge and credit card charge are not refundable due to any reasons caused by any parties.
  • Original invoice must be presented for any warranty claims
  • Refund /Exchange could be made within 7 days from the date of purchase, with full return of its original packaging in good condition. 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Faulty goods returned will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent product depending on available stock.
  • To return goods to AVERFOCUS, you MUST first request a RMA number from AVERFOCUS via fax or email, prior to returning the goods.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide within Australia from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are usually dispatched by the next working day. Please contact us for a shipping estimate and to arrange payment. Once your order is processed and dispatched, we will notify you via email.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty policy aligns with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ensuring you receive the best support for any issues you may encounter with our products.

Warranty Coverage

Duration: 
All Averfocus products come with a standard one-year warranty from the date of purchase, in addition to the automatic guarantees provided by the ACL.

What’s Covered:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions
  • Component failures under normal use conditions

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues resulting from improper installation or maintenance
  • Damage due to natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, lightning)

Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, all our products come with guarantees that they will:
  • Be of acceptable quality
  • Be fit for any disclosed purpose
  • Match the description provided
  • Match the sample or demonstration model (if applicable)
  • Have repairs and spare parts available for a reasonable period

Warranty Claim Process
  1. Contact Support: If you experience an issue with your product, please contact our customer support team at support@averfocus.com.au or call 07-3277-7708. Provide your purchase details, product model, and a description of the issue.
  2. Assessment: Our support team will assess the problem and determine if it is covered under warranty. If necessary, we may request additional information or ask you to send the product for inspection.
  3. Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you. The decision to repair or replace will be made at our discretion.
  4. Shipping: For warranty claims, you are responsible for shipping the product to our service center. If the claim is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Important Information
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please keep your receipt or invoice as it will be needed to verify the warranty period.
  • Extended Warranty: Some products may be eligible for extended warranty coverage. Please check the product details or contact our support team for more information.
  • Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorised third parties will void the warranty.

Limitation of Liability
Averfocus Pty Ltd’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products covered by this warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Statutory Rights
Our warranty policy is in addition to the statutory rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law. These statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited by this warranty.
